Fabric selection
The hot fabric for the regular feather flag order is 110g knitted polyester and 100D polyester.

For single-side printing, we suggest 110g knitted polyester as the premium choice. The quality of the fabric also highlights the quality of the brand.

For double-sided printing, if for small order, we still suggest the 110g knitted polyester. But if for large quantity and when you have the budget limits, and also do not have high requirements on fabric, 100D polyester is recommended. 100D polyester is for economy use, suitable for large orders and tight budget.

Double-sided and Single-sided Feather Flag?
Different ways of printing selection, the display is also different in advertising effects. If you are not sure how to choose it, let me share some detailed information with you, then you will have a clear idea.

1) Single side
The single-layer fabric has good air permeability and is convenient for air circulation. But the logo on the backside is the opposite, it is the mirror image, and people could only read the advertising information printed on the flag front side.

The feather flag is using the regular direct printing skill, so the bleed-through on flag backside is about 80%. But some customers often require 100%, so we introduced the new machine, it can do the duplex printing, the bleeds through on the backside can catch 100% now, same as silk screen printing effects.

2) Double-sided
You can see the correct advertising message on both sides and capture the flow of people in both directions at the same time, and you also can choose to print different logos on the front side and backside.
But for double-layer flags, we usually add the interlayer in the middle to avoid logo seen through on the other side, there is a total of three layers fabric, and the air permeability will be much weaker.

3) Single-layer fabric but double-sided printing

How to prolong the service life of the flag?
In case of severe weather, such as strong wind, heavy rain, and snow, we suggest putting up the flag or move back indoors. Do not fly your flag near the obstacle, as it may catch and tear. If your feather flag starts to wear, it should be trimmed and hemmed immediately to prevent further wear and tear.
